Job Description
Qualification: B.E./B.E. Tech
Experience: 16 to 20 years of experience
Responsibilities:
Engineering & Project Management
• Plan and execute projects; interpret technical drawings
• Manage MOC: review, design, and implementation
• Drive CAPEX for CAP & VAP plants, including design, vendor coordination, and execution
• Provide technical support to achieve productivity and quality targets
• Conduct and implement energy audits
• Identify innovative schemes for PQCDSM improvement
Planning, Budgeting & Cost Control
• Prepare and implement P&B and CAPEX schemes aligned with EVA targets
• Develop and manage annual budgets; control power and engineering costs
• Enforce SOPs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain technical synergy and optimize group resources
People Development
• Foster positive work culture and improve productivity and motivation
• Set KRAs, assess performance, identify training needs, and ensure role clarity
• Handle discipline, grievances, and team engagement
• Promote group values, multi-skilling, and team building
System Management (Safety, Sustainability & WCM)
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and statutory requirements
• Implement IMS, WCM, ISO, and sustainability audits
• Ensure accident-free operations and pollution control compliance
• Promote safety awareness and best practices
